Mr. Zhu Hongchao, our managing partner, vice chairman of the All China Bar Association, is chairman of the Shanghai Bar Association. Mr. Jiang Xian, one of our senior partners, is vice director of the Finance and Security Commission of the All China Bar Association. He is also managing director of the Finance and Security Commission of the Shanghai Bar Association.
